Examples of our Procurement Responsibilities:

• Monitor FF&E specifications throughout design development phase for budget & functional guidelines
• Verify accuracy of specification books with designer & supplier
• Obtain competitive bids for suppliers
• Review quotes for supplier accuracy
• Create spreadsheet for vendor competitive anaylsis
• Selection of supplier for each product with Owner approval
• Review FF&E budgets with client for approval
• Monitor delivery availability for each purchase order and assist designer should reselection be required
• Provide Owner with weekly delivery schedule of products

• Expedite orders to coordinate delivery with general contractors' overall schedule
• Audit each acknowledgement & invoice for accurancy and compliance
• Coordinate FF&E delivery and schedules
• Warehousing for FF&E
• Bid and assist Owner with selection of an FF&E installation specialist
• Punch list follow-up with detailed inspection for client satisfaction
• Preparation of Maintenance Care & Instruction Book for Owner
